Gatefold unlaminated cover. Inside cover track list has 'Maid' replacing 'Wreck' for title of B2 on label. Note also the phrase "She's A Woman" later becomes "She's Just A Woman" on subsequent releases. (See images, which includes bonus photo of original 'Jasta Division' pilots).
