2nd press with 'Olive' Cover:
This issue does NOT have any printed reference to the 'K' prefix issue - it exists only on run-outs;
The 'RSLP' matrix on run-outs has 'spin marks' that blur it, suggesting this new 'K' pressing has used the 1st press vinyl for the metalwork in the mastering. This pressing created in the beginning of the 'Kinney' period. (The A-Side label also has 3 concentric ridges, in comparison with the RSLP original)
Gatefold unlaminated, with Bizarre logo & square-box Reprise logo.
Back cover credits include:
"All the vocals on this album are a preview of the story from 200 Motels. Coming soon."
Recorded at:
The Record Plant (Hollywood)
Trident Studios (London)
T.T.G. Inc. (Hollywood)
