Tracks 6 to 8 are based on the Norwegian folk songs "Gullbor Og Rideboll", "Tveitaen" and "Me Skal Bryggja Til Jul".
"If You Look" & "Far Enough" were recorded in spring, 1988 for "Blucher", a Norwegian film. The orchestral sound is made by connecting the bass pickup to a delay and a reverb. There are no synthesizers or studio overdubs. "The Voice" was recorded with a zoom processor added to the effect loop.

Recorded spring 1988, July 1991 and February 1992 at Rainbow Studio, Oslo.
